During the winter, if you live in an especially humid area, consider occasionally waking up early in the morning just after sunrise to capture the morning frost. A landscape covered with frost can add character to your photograph. Be sure to shoot your photos quickly, as a bright sun can melt away the moisture very quickly, turning a special winter photo into a more generic landscape picture.
